so, date was OK. was rather a surprise to realize afterwards that i was with him over five hours. but it wasn't one of those romantic "kissing-type" dates. he was kind of cute, so i might have, but he was also (self-admittedly!) arrogant, to which still i knee-jerk respond with sarcasm. and men find that SO attractive. ;)
i'm utterly shocked i haven't heard from him! *wry grin*

two incredible karate classes this week: lots and lots of bruises from lots and lots of kumite and conditioning. and not only did Mr. King finally show up for morning class, i got to teach today. i've very much missed both. :)
my mom was in so much pain on Tuesday, she finally let me get her on my table. and lived to tell about it. ;)
things are cordial at work. three table massages this week so far. making money is Teh Good.
doing laundry and packing. i know i'm going to miss Faire, so much, but i'm ready for the traveling to be over for awhile.

i finally had to start peeling the fairy stickers from my car: they just weren't meant for that much exposure to weather. clap with me, though, because more fairies exist; Dad put the extra four stickers up in random places around our house. :)
a few weeks ago, i came home to find the sticker sheet gone. then i saw one of the fairies stuck to the back door, and realized Dad had put them up.
is it any wonder i'm just not stressed about his second childhood when it means that i now shower with fairies?
