That's exactly what I do--I stuff *everything* in the freezer until it's mostly forgotten, then I parcel it out. Sometimes the vegan pierogi last until almost next Xmas. ;-)
But good gawd the temptations! Especially the shortbread pieces, which are actually audible on occasion. ;-)
